T. Nilan. Reimbursement to. of the Treasury is authorized, and hereby directed, to pay out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to M. T. Nilan, of Eggleston, Minnesota, the sum of $121.10. Such sum shall be in full satisfaction of all claims against the United States for damages resulting from the issuance of a check by the Department of the Interior on December 9, 1924, to Charles Wells, an Indian, which check was cashed by said M. T. Nilan and presented by him for payment, at which time the department refused to pay said check, claiming error on the part of its agent.
