D. Baldwin. Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $100 to J. D. Baldwin (undertaker), 1522 Richmond Street, Brunswick, Georgia, for services in the preparation and shipment of the body of J. D. Harrell, who died while working on the Government dredge Banyard, and which funeral expenses were incurred at the request of the captain of said dredge.
