P. Nelson and Company. Payment to, for losses resulting from forest fire. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to N. P. Nelson and Company of Bozeman, Montana, as sub2353contractors of the Pioneer Construction Company, the sum of $1,760.31 in full settlement of all claims resulting from the requisitioning of the road construction crew of N. P. Nelson and Company employed on the Paola section of the Belton-Java, Montana, highway project, by the forest supervisor for fire suppression work in connection with the Lost Johnnie Creek forest fire in 1926.
