Rump.Monthly payment to, for personal injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Arthur E. Rump during his natural life the sum of $117 per month, to date from the passage of this Act, as compensation for injuries sustained while in the line of his duties as registry clerk at the Saint Louis (Missouri) post office, said monthly payments to be paid through the United States Employees’ Compensation Commission.
