Compensation for loss of leg. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $3,000 to John Wesley Clark for the loss of his leg as the result of being struck by a United States Army truck on March 19, 1920. Approved, March 2, 1929.
