R. 16610](/us/bill/70/hr/16610).][[Public, No. 988](/us/pl/70/988).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the timesMississippi River.Time extended for bridging, at Chester, Ill. for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Mississippi River, at or near Chester, Randolph County, Illinois, authorized to be built by E. H. Wegener, his heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, by Act of Congress approved March 10, 1928, are*Ante*, p. 283. hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from March 10, 1929.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 2, 1929.
