R. 16645](/us/bill/70/hr/16645).][[Public, No. 991](/us/pl/70/991).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the times forMississippi River.Time extended for bridging, at Helena, Ark. commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Mississippi River, at or near Helena, Arkansas, authorized to be built by D. T. Hargraves and John W. Dulaney, their heirs, legal representatives,*Ante*, p. 762. and assigns, by an Act of Congress approved May 26, 1928, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from May 26, 1929.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 2, 1929.
