R. 10093](/us/bill/70/hr/10093).][[Private, No. 315](/us/pvtl/70/315).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administration Ferdinand Young, alius James Williams.Military record corrected.of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Ferdinand Young, alias James Williams, formerly a private of Company K, Fourteenth New York State Militia, subsequently the Eighty-fourth New York Volunteer Infantry, and Company D, Eleventh Regiment Maryland Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably January 20, 1863, from the military service of the United States as a member of Company K, New York Volunteer Proviso.No back pay, etc.Infantry: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
