R. 8798](/us/bill/70/hr/8798).][[Private, No. 317](/us/pvtl/70/317).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administration William Lents.Military record corrected.of the pension laws and the laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers William Lentz, formerly a member of Company E, One hundred and fifty-eighth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain;
Company M, Nineteenth Regiment United States Infantry; and who served honorably in the World War, shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of Company M, Nineteenth Regiment United States Infantry. Sec. 2. No back pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall accrue No back pay, etc.prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, January 11, 1929.
