Williams, of Tacoma, Washington, formerly collector of internal revenue for the district of Washington, in the sum of $22,160.78, due the United States on account of loss of public funds stolen from the internal revenue office at Seattle, Washington, March 16, 1920. Approved, April 27, 1928.
