Williams.Credit in internal revenue accounts, authorized.General of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit the accounts of David J. Williams, of Tacoma, Washington, formerly collector of internal revenue for the district of Washington, in the sum of $22,160.78, due the United States on account of loss of public funds stolen from the internal revenue office at Seattle, Washington, March 16, 1920. Approved, April 27, 1928.
