R. 2474](/us/bill/70/hr/2474).][[Public, No. 863](/us/pl/70/863).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary San Francisco, Napa, and Calistoga Railway.Payment to, for damages at Mare Island Navy Yard.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered, and directed to pay, out of any funds in the Treasury of the United States Navy Yard of America not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $126.70 to the San Francisco, Napa, and Calistoga Railway for repairs to freight cars damaged while on Mare Island Navy Yard in charge of the Navy Department.
