Res., No. 94](/us/bill/70/pubres/94).] *Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the President of the Yellowstone National Park Boundary Commission.Appointment of, to inspect and report on adjustment of boundaries of the Park.United States be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to appoint a commission, consisting of five members, to be known as the Yellowstone National Park Boundary Commission, whose duty it shall be to inspect the areas involved in the proposed adjustment of the southeast, south, and southwest boundaries of the Yellowstone National Park, and report to the President its recommendations concerning such adjustment.
The necessary expenses of such inspection *Post,* p. 1644.*Proviso.*Date of final report.shall be paid from any appropriation available for Yellowstone, National Park: *Provided,* That said commission shall make a final report to the Congress on or before January 1, 1931.
