R. 5590](/us/bill/70/hr/5590).][[Public, No. 277](/us/pl/70/277).] *Be enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That there is Camp McClellan, Ala.Amount authorized for Army camp railroad at.hereby authorized to be appropriated for the purpose of purchasing the necessary materials and hiring the necessary labor to construct or repair culverts and trestles and other parts of the camp railroad at Camp McClellan, as in the opinion of the Secretary of War may be necessary, a sum not to exceed $19,830.
