That to provide an additional amount for the expenses of meeting the obligations of the United States under the treaties of 1884, 1889, 1905, and 1906, between the United States and Mexico, including personal services, procurement of technical and scientific equipment, camp outfits, andVol. 24, p. 1011;
Vol. 26, p. 1512; Vol. 34, p. 2953. the purchase, maintenance, repair, and operation of motor-propelled passenger-carrying vehicles, and $1,200 for rent, there is hereby appropriated,*Post, * pp. 70, 1612. out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $65,000, to remain available until June 30, 1929.
