R. 6466](/us/bill/70/hr/6466).][[Public, No. 24](/us/pl/70/24).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Phoenix, Ariz.Part of public building site conveyed to, for street purposes. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, to convey by suitable deed to the city of Phoenix, Arizona, for street purposes, the following described strip of land:
The north seven feet of the east one hundred and sixty feet of block 93, original town site of Phoenix; a subdivision in the city of Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona, according to plat of said subdivision of record in the office of the county recorder of Maricopa County, book 2 of maps, page 51 thereof: *Provided, *That said land shall revert back to the*Proviso.*Reversion for nonuser. United States whenever it shall cease to be used for street purposes. Approved, February 11, 1928.
