Rickards, Junior, Dredging Company resulting from the flooding 2327 of the lands of said claimants during the years 1924, 1925, and 1926, owing to the settlement and breaching of a dike erected by the Federal Government near the southeasterly entrance of the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal, in New Castle County, in the State of Delaware.
