Stanley Millichamp. Payment to, for fire damages to orchard. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $4,042 to F. Stanley Millichamp, of Wapato, Washington, in full settlement of all claims against the Government for the burning of his orchard, and the damages resulting therefrom, caused by a fire set by Government employees under the Bureau of Indian Affairs of the Department of the Interior.
