S. Guffey. Credit in postal accounts. That the Postmaster General be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit the accounts of A. S. Guffey, late postmaster at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in the sum of $2,237.50 due to the United States on account of postal funds embezzled by Henry C. Schuster, late superintendent of the north side station, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in the year 1920. Approved, March 27, 1928.
