Dickinson. Reimbursement to, for war saving stamps never delivered. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, to Frances L. Dickinson the sum of $60 as reimbursement of a payment made to a former postmaster at Essex, Connecticut, for twelve war-saving stamps which were never delivered. Approved, March 27, 1928.
