R. 8899](/us/bill/70/hr/8899).][[Public, No. 158](/us/pl/70/158).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Tombigbee River.Alabama may bridge, at Epes. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the highway department of the State of Alabama to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Tombigbee River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Epes, in the State Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.of Alabama, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 12, 1928.
