R. 5582](/us/bill/70/hr/5582).][[Public, No. 15](/us/pl/70/15).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Rio Grande.Time extended for bridging, at El Paso, Tex. That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge authorized by the Act of Congress approved May 19, 1926, to be built across the Rio Grande at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near the point where South Santa Fe Street in the city of El PasoVol. 44, p. 567, amended. crosses the Rio Grande in the county of El Paso, State of Texas, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 3, 1928.
