R. 5642](/us/bill/70/hr/5642).][[Public, No. 14](/us/pl/70/14).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Red River.Time extended for bridging, at Fulton, Ark.Vol. 44, pp. 3, 1052, amended. That the times for commencing and completing the construction of the bridge authorized by the Act granting the consent of Congress to the State Highway Commission of Arkansas to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across Red River near Fulton, Arkansas, approved February 4, 1926, are hereby extended one year and three years, respectively, from the date of the approval hereof.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 3, 1928.
