Fears.Payment to, for loss of horse. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Jess T. Fears, of Greer, Arizona, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $60 in full compensation for a loss sustained by him by reason of a horse, owned and used by him in the performance of his official duties as forest ranger, being killed by unknown parties.
