February 2, 1929.[[S. 2362](/us/bill/70/hr/2362).][[Private, No. 343](/us/bill/70/pvtl/343).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryRobert Toquothty, allottee.Payment of certain oil, etc., royalties to. of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, under such terms and conditions as he may prescribe, to pay to Robert Toquothty, Comanche allottee Numbered 3413, the sum of $16,339.69 from the moneys now on deposit in the United States Treasury to the credit of the Kiowa, Comanche, and Apache Tribes of Indians under joint resolution of June 12, 1926 (Forty-fourth Statutes at Large,Vol. 44, p. 740.Limitation on attorney’s fee. page 704).
That no attorney fee paid in connection with this case shall exceed 10 per centum of the amount stated in this Act. Approved, February 2, 1929.
