R. 10298](/us/bill/70/hr/10298).][[Public, No. 94](/us/pl/70/94).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the times forMississippi River.Time extended for bridging, at New Orleans, La. commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Mississippi River, at or near New Orleans, Louisiana, authorized to194be built by George A. Hero and Allen S. Hackett, their successors Vol. 44, p. 1270 amended.*Post*, p. 1229.and assigns, by the Act of Congress approved March 2, 1927, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 6, 1928.
