Murphy.Naval record corrected. administration of the pension laws or any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon persons honorably discharged from the United States Navy, their widows, children, and dependent relatives, Robert B. Murphy shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged as a seaman, United States Navy, on May 28, 1899,No prior pension, etc. but no pension, pay, nor bounty shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
Sec. 2. The Secretary of the Navy is hereby authorized andHonorable discharge granted. directed to grant to such Robert B. Murphy a discharge certificate showing that he is held and considered to have been honorably discharged as of such date. Approved, January 30, 1929.
