Mack to be appointed warrant officer, Army.[U. S. Code, p. 191](/us/usc/p191). the provisions of existing law, the Secretary of War is hereby authorized to take the same action with respect to the application of Master Sergeant August J.
Mack for appointment as a warrant officer, United States Army, that he could have taken had the application of Sergeant Mack not been delayed in the mail en route from China to Washington, District of Columbia. Approved, January 29, 1929.
