Digitization Vendor 2025-11-03 55 3 private chap. 595.— An Act For the relief of Charles Simpson, alias Frank Dunn.March 3, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of War be, Charles Simpson, alias Frank Dunn.
Granted honorable discharge. and is hereby, authorized and directed to issue to Corporal Charles Simpson, alias Frank Dunn, a noncommissioned officer of the Fifth Pennsylvania Cavalry, a certificate of honorable discharge as of the date of his dishonorable discharge from the Army, and all disabilities imposed upon him by reason of said dishonorable discharge and of the sentences of the general court martial by which he was tried, and the same are hereby removed: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other *Proviso.* No pay, etc. emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
