Granted honorable discharge. and he hereby is, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion now standing on the military record of Sebastian Beckerd, late of Company I, First Louisiana Volunteer Infantry, and to issue to him an honorable discharge: *Provided,* That no pay or emoluments be allowed *Proviso.* No pay, etc. or paid by reason of the passage of this Act. Approved, March 3, 1899.
