Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Calista Hadley, widow of Smith Hadley, late a soldier in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, from the State of Ohio, at the rate of sixteen dollars per month, the same to be in lieu of the pension she is now drawing. Approved, May 14, 1898.
