Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Bonaventura Heinz, late a private in Company D, Gilpin’s Battalion Missouri Volunteers, Mexican war, and pay him at the rate of eighteen dollars per month in lieu of that which he is now receiving. Approved, February 28, 1899.
