Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pen laws, the name of Martha Allen, widow of Robert Allen, deceased, private Company I, Second Regiment Kansas State Militia Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1899.
