Channing.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of John W. Channing, formerly captain of Company E of the Seventh Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month, said sum to be in lieu of the pension now drawn by him, and to be paid to his legally qualified guardian. Approved, May 7, 1898.
