Waring.Pension Increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of David C. Waring, Company B, Eighth Regiment. New York Volunteer Infantry, and Company I, Twenty-third Regiment, and pay him a pension of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, May 7, 1898.
