House of Representatives of the United John Rustman.Granted honorable discharge.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion now standing against the military record of John Rustman, late of Company I, Eighth Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and to issue an honorable discharge: *Provided*, That no pay or allowances shall become*Proviso*.No pay, etc. due by reason of the passage of this Act.
