February 28, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the following real estate,District of Columbia.Minnie Frederich. situated in the city of Washington, District of Columbia, formerly owned and possessed by George Bogus, and known and described as the six hundred and thirteen H street northwest property, six hundred and eighteen H street northwest property, and eight hundred and ten Fifth street northwest property, together with the three adjoining Jots on the north; and also all the real estate formerly in the name of George Bogus, at the corner of Fifth and G streets northwest, known as “Society Temple,” the said last-mentioned property being lot one of square four hundred and eighty-six, in said city of Washington; and all real estate lying in the District of Columbia heretofore devised and bequeathed by the said George Bogus, deceased, to Minnie Frederich, late of Baltimore, Maryland, in her lifetime; and also all real estateProperty released from alien forfeiture. lying in the District of Columbia heretofore purchased by or conveyed to the said Minnie Frederich, be, and all of said property is hereby, relieved and exempted from the operation of an Act entitled “An Act toVol. 24, p. 476. restrict the ownership of real estate in the Territories to American citizens, and so forth,” approved March third, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, and all the forfeitures incurred by force of said Act are, in respect to all of said real estate, hereby forever remitted.
