Brassington.Granted honorable discharge. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion from the military record of William P. Brassiugton, late private in Company I, Fifth Regiment New York Volunteers, and grant him an honorable discharge: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other*Proviso*.No pay. etc. emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, February 4, 1899.
