Atherton.Pension. Interior be, and he hereby is authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jacob N. Atherton, late of Signal Corps, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of eighteen dollars per month. Approved, February 4, 1899.
