CHAP. 98.— An act granting a pension to John Defenbaugh.May 7, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Defenbaugh.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of John Defenbaugh, late a private in Company K, Eighty-second Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, now a resident of Creston, Iowa, on the pension-roll, subject to the limitations and requirements of the pension laws.
