## SEC. 207 AIR NAVIGATION FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT Section 48101(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in paragraph

(5)by striking “and” at the end; ####

(2)in paragraph

(6)by striking “2010.” and inserting “2010;”; and ####
