## SEC. 208 RESEARCH, ENGINEERING, AND DEVELOPMENT Section 48102(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in paragraph

(13)by striking “and” at the end; ####

(2)in paragraph

(14)by striking “2010.” and inserting “2010;”; and ####
