## SEC. 206 FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION OPERATIONS Section 106(k)(1) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in subparagraph

(E)by striking “and” at the end; ####

(2)in subparagraph

(F)by striking “2010.” and inserting “2010;”; and ####

(3)by inserting after subparagraph
