## SEC. 8335 LITTLE WOOD RIVER, GOODING, IDAHO Section 3057 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 (121 Stat. 1120) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a)(2), by striking “$9,000,000” and inserting “$40,000,000”; and ####
(2)in subsection (b)— #####
(A)by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting the following: > > #### “(1) Planning, design, and reconstruction costs > > The Federal share of planning, design, and reconstruction costs for a project under this section, including any work associated with bridges, shall be 90 percent.” > ; and #####
(B)by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(3) In-kind contributions > > The non-Federal interest may provide and receive credit for in-kind contributions for a project carried out under this section, consistent with section 221(a)(4) of the Flood Control Act of 1970 (42 U.S.C. 1962d-5b(a)(4)). > > > #### “(4) Cash contribution not applicable > > The requirement under section 103(a)(1)(A) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (33 U.S.C. 2213(a)(1)(A)) for a non-Federal interest to provide 5 percent of the cost of a project carried out under this section shall not apply with respect to the project. > > > #### “(5) Payment options > > At the request of the non-Federal interest for a project carried out under this section and subject to available funding, the non-Federal contribution for construction of the project shall be financed in accordance with the provisions of section 103(k) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (33 U.S.C. 2213(k)) over a period of thirty years from the date of completion of the project.” > .
