## SEC. 8336 CHICAGO SHORELINE PROTECTION The project for storm damage reduction and shoreline erosion protection, Lake Michigan, Illinois, from Wilmette, Illinois, to the Illinois-Indiana State line, authorized by section 101(a)(12) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996 (110 Stat. 3664), is modified to authorize the Secretary to provide 65 percent of the cost of the locally preferred plan, as described in the Report of the Chief of Engineers, dated April 14, 1994, for the construction of the following segments of the project: ####
(1)Shoreline revetment at Morgan Shoal. ####
(2)Shoreline revetment at Promontory Point.
