## SEC. 8334 NEW SAVANNAH BLUFF LOCK AND DAM, GEORGIA AND SOUTH CAROLINA Section 1319(c) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2016 (130 Stat. 1704) is amended by striking paragraph
(2)and inserting the following: > > #### “(2) Cost share > > > ##### “(A) In general > > The costs of construction of a Project feature constructed pursuant to paragraph
(1)shall be determined in accordance with section 101(a)(1)(B) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (33 U.S.C. 2211(a)(1)(B)). > > > ##### “(B) Savings provision > > Any increase in costs for the Project due to the construction of a Project feature constructed pursuant to paragraph
(1)shall not be included in the total project cost for purposes of section 902 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (33 U.S.C. 2280).” > .
