## SEC. 501 INCLUSION OF DISASTER HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM IN CERTAIN FRAUD AND ABUSE PREVENTION MEASURES **[**[42 U.S.C. 3544 note](/us/usc/t42/s3544)**]** The Disaster Housing Assistance Program administered by the Department of Housing and Urban Development shall be considered a “program of the Department of Housing and Urban Development” under section 904 of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Amendments Act of 1988 (42 U.S.C. 3544) for the purpose of income verifications.
