## SEC. 405 REOPENING OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD FOR CONTINUUM OF CARE PROGRAM REGULATIONS Not later than the expiration of the 30-day period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development shall re-open the period for public comment regarding the Secretary’s interim rule entitled “Homeless Emergency Assistance and Rapid Transition to Housing: Continuum of Care Program”, published in the Federal Register on July 31, 2012 (77 Fed. Reg. 45422; Docket No. FR-5476-I-01). Upon re-opening, such comment period shall remain open for a period of not fewer than 60 days. # TITLE V MISCELLANEOUS
