## Sec. 12 authorization of appropriations **[**[7 U.S.C. 2911](/us/usc/t7/s2911)**]** There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out this Act. Sums appropriated to carry out this Act shall not be available for payment of the expenses or expenditures of the Board or the Committee in administering any provisions of the order issued under section 4(b) of this Act.
