## Sec. 11 administrative provisions **[**[7 U.S.C. 2910](/us/usc/t7/s2910)**]** ###

(a)Nothing in this Act may be construed to preempt or supersede any other program relating to beef promotion organized and operated under the laws of the United States or any State. ###

(b)The provisions of this Act applicable to the order shall be applicable to amendments to the order.
