## Sec. 21.1 effective date This Act shall take effect upon enactment. 1Section 1601(b) of the Food Security Act (Public Law 99–198; 99 Stat. 1597) amended sections 2 through 20 of the Beef Research and Information Act by reducing the Act to 12 sections. The amendment did not amend or redesignate section 21 of the original Act.
